A message from the President

Greetings from the Boston Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and welcome to our official website!   Please c

Boston Alumnae Chapter was charted in 1945 in the Historic and Dynamic Eastern Region. For almost 75 years we have focused on supporting the Greater Boston community by providing programs and events that empower and serve the needs of our community and focus on our five-point programmatic

thrusts:

  • Economic Development

  • Educational Development

  • International Awareness and Involvement

  • Physical and Mental Health

  • Political Awareness and Involvement

Our signature programs include our scholarship program for graduating seniors seeking to further their education, Delta Academy, Delta GEMS, Annual Code Red EMBODI Conference, Annual RED Run 5k, Financial Fortitude Summit, Saving Our Sisters/Saving OurSelves (SOS), and Crimson Dream. To make a donation to our chapter, please go to this merchant service page.  Please visit our programs page to learn more about these and other events.

As we prepare to celebrate 75 years of Sisterhood, Scholarship and Service, we reflect on the vision of our 22 trailblazing Founders and are proud to continue the work they began over 106 years ago.  Today, more than ever before our voices need to be heard, our actions swift and deliberate, and our focus sharp.  As we celebrate 75 years we refocus and renew our commitment and rededicate ourselves to empowering our community.

Please be sure to visit us often and follow us on Instagram and Facebook for information on our Chapter’s programs and events.  Thank you for visiting and for your continued support of the Boston Alumnae Chapter.

Yours in Service,

Dr. Ingrid W. Tucker
